New York Blood Center’s proposed new facility, named Center East, would increase the Blood Center’s capacity for research and also provide 600,000 sq. ft of state-of-the-art space for institutions and biotech companies to collaborate in the heart of New York City’s most dynamic cluster of research and health institutions on the Upper East Side. Now, more than ever we need to support the investments and initiatives that will allow New York City to become a first-tier hub for Life Science. New York Blood Center’s expansion proposal is a great example of what can be achieved.
